ReasonPeak is a brand operated by WEASOFT sp. z o.o. The company responsible for your personal data (the "controller") is WEASOFT sp. z o.o., ul. • What you send us. When you send a scoping enquiry: your name, work email, company (if you choose to give it), and whatever you write in your message.

We process your data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679):

• To answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before any engagement — Article 6(1)(b).
• To keep the site secure and working — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).
• To keep a record of past enquiries, so that we can learn from them and establish, exercise or defend legal claims — our legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f).

We do not sell your personal data. We rely on a small set of providers to run the site — each acting on our behalf under a data-processing agreement: Webflow (website hosting).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Where your data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, it is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Contact and scoping enquiries: three years after our last exchange, unless we go on to work together.

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or port your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@reasonpeak.com — we will respond within one month (Article 12(3)).

If you believe we have mishandled your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority — the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
